Worker

Recently processed searches "nothing new" is the stop signal · "already known" only affects the output

Every company the search has found. As soon as the email lookup picks up a company, it moves from here to the Emails page.

This is where the email addresses for the companies found show up. For every domain the imprint page is read first (free of charge), then the AI is asked and only last of all Anymailfinder. Everything is started on the dashboard.

Technical details

Worker work through the queue

Where the addresses come from stage 1 is free

This is what the automation searches for. Every keyword is combined with every location, so 10 keywords and 20 locations make 200 search jobs. Changes take effect right away, no saving needed here.

Keywords one term per line

Automatically combined with every active location.

Locations one location per line

Every combination of a keyword and a location becomes one search job.

Search run

Every keyword from the previous tab is combined with every location, and each of those combinations is one search job. These settings decide how many run at once, how deep they go, and whether they ever come back.

Which stages run

Every domain walks through the stages from top to bottom and stops at the first one that finds an address. That order is deliberate: the free stage gets the first shot, the paid one only sees what the others could not solve. Switching a stage off simply skips it.

Which contacts you want

This applies to all three stages, not only to Anymailfinder.

Limits and cost

Stage 1 is free. Stage 2 costs whatever your AI provider charges, stage 3 is billed per lookup. These are the brakes.

Lead scoring

Every domain gets a score, and the email lookup works through the best ones first. That matters as soon as the paid stage is on: the daily limit should be spent on the promising companies, not on whatever came in first. Only the ratio between the weights counts, so doubling all of them changes nothing.

Maintenance

Each of these runs right away and does not interrupt a running scraper. You should not need them in normal operation.

Deletes log entries and run history older than the retention set under Domain search. Happens automatically once an hour anyway.
Recreates the keyword and location combinations. Useful if the job list looks out of step with your lists. Jobs that already ran keep their history.

Recent runs

Danger zone

Both of these ask before they do anything. Neither of them touches the companies and contacts you have already collected: those are deleted on their own pages.

Puts every setting of this automation back to its default, including the weights and the high value terms. Your keywords, locations, domains and contacts stay.
Stops the automation and takes it out of the sidebar. Settings and collected data are kept, so installing it again from the templates brings everything back exactly as it was.

Belongs to the whole app. Every automation uses the keys you enter here.

At a glance what is connected

General

AI provider

Needed for the email lookup, the keyword suggestions and the builder. Without a key, all three stay off.

The model matters more than any setting below it. The preset is a cheap one; if results look thin, take a stronger one. Choose fetches the provider's current list with today's prices, and the field takes any name you type.

Search and lookup keys

Keys in the .env file keep working. Anything entered here wins.
